How Our Webshop Works

Our website has two sections: WEBSHOP and BUSINESS.
Here’s how each one works and how you can place your order:

🧺 WEBSHOP

In our webshop, you can order products individually, as long as they are in stock.

• Simply place your order directly through the site.
• Products are shipped straight from our stock.
• Perfect for small quantities or quick delivery.

💼 BUSINESS

If you’d like to order larger quantities or specific items, you can do so through our Business section.

• These products are ordered from our supplier on request.
• Orders are placed per sales unit (not per piece).
• You can send your request via email, WhatsApp, or the contact form on our website.
• We will check the price and expiry date with our supplier.
• Once you confirm, we’ll include the items in our next supplier order.
• Please note that delivery may take around 2–3 weeks.
• As a business customer, you’ll also receive a discount.
